In 2005 I had the privilege to be associated with Craig. The information he was willing to share with us became the ingredients of a winning culture and a dream come true for all of us. With a lot of hard mental work from all involved, everything he touched turned to gold. We won the tri-series that year and thanks to Craig we took it to another level in '06. The structures that Craig installed in the Kiwi jersey would take us into 2008 where the World Cup was won.

Fa'afeta lava Craig for sharing your knowledge. It has made me a better player, leader and person.

Ruben Wiki, New Zealand Kiwis captain, 2003-2006.

Most capped international rugby league player and first New Zealander to play 300 NRL games.

Craig managed to bring us all together and healed any rifts through getting us to focus on the job at hand while removing all distractions. He brought on board a whole new concept that we did not even know existed. Craig managed to remove our self doubt and set us on the right course whereby we went on to win the 5000m relay at the 1993 World Short Track Championship, breaking the world record in the process.

Matthew Biggs, New Zealand short-track speed skating team.

Corporate

Thank you very much for your excellent presentation to our Supervision conference the week before last. The survey results are attached and as you can see you scored really well (4.083)! We consider any mark above 3.7 a good success, and a mark above 4.0 outstanding! From the comments it’s obvious your presentation went down really well, - it was one of the highlights of the day!

Grant Dixon - Conference Producer

Employers' & Manufacturers' Association

Thanks for a great presentation. I received a lot of very favourable comments from Dealers and ADM staff immediately after lunch."

Tom Armstrong - Managing Director

A & D Mercury Pty Ltd

"Feedback from both presentations has been great. Our team dinner on Saturday night was peppered with lively debate and creative thinking driven by your presentation, and the Rock Shop guys showed similar traits on Sunday night.

Overall a very successful (and exhausting) weekend.

Thanks again for your contribution and I hope we can work together again in the future."

Brendan Callinan - National Sales & Marketing Manager

Roland Corporation Australia

"Craig's presentation was very inspirational and clarified a number of experiences I have had in the past with vision and values."

Andy Graves - Manager Skills Direct

Toll NZ

"The feedback from our attendees was extremely positive. The audience has, over many years, experienced some world class presenters and, it is fair to say, as a group they are not easily impressed. You impressed them.

The topic - Knowing why beats knowing how - was ideal in that it allowed the individuals to consider their own circumstances. Your ability to blend the sporting analogies with the business needs was exactly right (not a task most can accomplish). The presentation mix between interaction and presentation was ideal and kept the full group involved throughout.

I thank you for considering our brief carefully and not simply presenting predetermined content.

I look forward to being able to continue our association and working on other briefs in the future."

Bruce Morrison - Head of Financial Advisory Services

ANZ Bank

"Craig has an interesting perspective; he brings the world of sport into the workplace. He inspires his audience with his passion, energy and real life examples of how winning principals are applied."

Jeanine Scholey - Learning & Development Manager

BDO Spicers

"I had the pleasure to meet Craig Lewis almost 1 year ago. Craig ran a one day seminar, for the Sales Force of Barfoot & Thompson Commercial. Craig facilitated a training workshop, designed to improve the performance of an already successful agent force.

One year later, B&T Commercial is the number 1 performing B&T division, and is looking again this year, to exceed the sales and performance budgets, by a considerable margin.

Craig helped establish and cultivate the Team environment which is."

Keith Morris - Barfoot & Thompson Commercial

"We really appreciated Craig's presentations and would happily fill out a testimonial form. Many of the attendees commented on how much they got out of Craig's talks. The references to real life rugby league anecdotes were very powerful. He has a great presenting style that went down well with the team.

I'm looking forward to working with you in our next session in March 2007".

Graham Darlow - General Manager

Fletcher Construction Company

"We very much enjoyed Craig’s interactive approach and all indentified closely with the vision and values of the Kiwis. The messages of confidence, courage, trust, resilience and the team approach were applicable to the Rebel Sport business values."

Lynda Webb - Briscoe Group

"Craig presented to a conservative group of CEO's and moved them
completely. His methods of inspiring and motivating from the heart are universal and easily translate into business.

Breaking through the crusty exterior and getting to the soul is not
easy, yet Craig achieves this in a comfortable and risk free way. The lessons definitely translate into the business world, and there is a fantastic amount that can be learned.

Brilliant!"

Wayne Norrie - Chief Executive Officer

Revera

"Our managers had an entertaining, energizing and thought provoking session. Looking forward to working with Craig in 2006"

Robynne Sam - Coca Cola Amatil

"Craig's presentation was outstanding! It not only provided motivation and inspiration, but gave us a workable and highly relevant platform of ideas for structuring our approach to ongoing improvement and success. Our participants were completely engaged in the presentation from start to finish and came away very excited about the potential of these concepts from both a business and personal point of view."

Stuart Almao - Les Mills International

"I was fortunate enough to be invited along with a colleague to hear Craig on his Team Spirit and Collective Responsibility programmes. With Over 800 people in our organisation, our success is almost entirely down to how enthusiastic, skilled and engaged our people are each and every day. The issues and topics discussed were absolutely relevant to how we better achieve this. We have since had our wider management group involved and are now keen to explore some specific areas in more detail."

Mike Taylor - General Manager,

Wesfarmers Industrial & Safety NZ Ltd

"The presentation was professionally done and the audio visual, to complement the personal presentation given by Craig, was well received and proved to be very inspirational. The programme, tailored to fit with our objectives and goals, made it easy for staff to relate to in their roles here at Team McMillan. We would have no hesitation in recommending Craig to other companies looking for an inspirational and motivational tool to present to their staff."

Larry R Smith - Managing Director, Team McMillan BMW

School Academy

It's an opportunity I'm glad I took and it's an opportunity to grab with both hands. There's a lot of information that you can take on board and it took my performance up that little bit, which I needed to get me to the next level in my sport.

Kieran Read, New Zealand All Blacks, Canterbury RFU and member of the 2003 New Zealand Under 23 World Cup winning team & Canterbury Crusdares Super 14 championship winning team 2008

It has helped me greatly, both as a sports person as well as a student. I learned the importance of time management and diary keeping which has proved very useful in monitoring my progress over the years. It also proved very useful in managing every day life. The program opened my eyes and taught me about the complete process that is needed (both mentally and physically) to be a successful athlete at a high level.

Kim Barnes, University of Irvine California and Tall Ferns basketball player

It has helped me a lot over the past few months as it has made me realize what it takes to become a professional athlete. It has helped to prepare me for future events and shown me ways of coping with all types of stress which may be present as I continue along my path of becoming a world class triathlete. I have learnt the importance of goal setting and planning as well as balancing my sport together with school and other aspects of my life. With this knowledge and experience, I now feel more prepared to pursue my dreams of racing for my country as an elite performer
